Shipping and Returns

  • For delivery to domestic buyers via Australia Post please allow 2-5 days after payment has been made.

  • For delivery to domestic buyers via Toll Ipec allow between 1-7 business days after payment has been made. (It may Take longer if you are in Western Australia or other remote Parts of Australia) There will be a Tracking Number provided for every Item, so you will be able to keep track of where your Item is.

  • No refunds will be given on items that have been lost by Australia Post.

  • If problems do arise, please contact us by using the 'Contact Us' details at the bottom of the page, and we will endeavour to resolve any issues.

  • For any special delivery requirements you must contact us via Phone on (07) 4805 6143.

  • We have to ship to a 'Residential Address' if the item is larger then a 5kg Australia Post Bag (70cm Long x 45cm Wide). Any items larger then the 5kg Australia Post bag need to be sent via Toll IPEC, as Australia Post will not deliver items that are too large - Toll IPEC cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, so if you have a 'Po Box' as your listed as your Shipping Address, please provide us with your Residential or Work Address, thank you.

  • Terms & Conditon
    1. Payment is expected within 3 days of Purchase. If you have any dramas and have to wait for a PayPal Clearence or Sending a Money Order, Call us on (07)4805 6143.
    2. Orders will be processed after payment is received in full.
    3. Final prices include all taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
    4. Buyer assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase of the product. All sales are final.
    5. We reserve the right to cancel an item, if the item is no longer available.
    6. We reserve the right to make changes to product advertisements if they contain errors.
    7. We accept returns and will provide a refund within 14 days of purchase for those items which were posted with incorrect information, or the wrong item was shipped, 1) ONLY if buyer contacts us via email or calls us  and explains the problem (Contact Information is at the bottom of the page), 2) ONLY if buyer provides photographic evidence of damage, 3) ONLY if returned in the original packaging, and 4) ONLY if buyer pays for all return shipping costs.
    8. **Shipments to OUTBACK/REMOTE AUSTRALIA or ISLANDS may incur extra charges. We will contact you directly if this is the case.
